Welcome to Awana at CrossRoads!

Use this registration form to register all Puggles, Cubbies, Sparks, and T&T Clubbers who will be attending Awana at CrossRoads. If you wish to do Awana at Home, please use the other corresponding registration form.

Registration is open until Friday, September 18th. Please note that we need to limit each class size to 8 clubbers; classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis. Our first club night will be Wednesday, October 7th from 6 - 7:45 pm. You will receive more detailed information about Awana Club mid-September.

Sparks and T&T -- Book Only (K - 6th grade)

Choose this option for returning clubbers who already have a shirt or vest for their age group. This will include all 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 6th graders. You will receive your book at Club.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID-19 space restrictions, we are closed for registration of 1st grade boys, 3rd grade boys, 5th grade girls, and 5th or 6th grade boys. Thank you for understanding!

Sparks and T&T -- Book and Uniform (K - 6th grade)

Choose this option if you are new to club, graduating from Sparks to T&T, or if you need to replace your vest or shirt. This option includes all Kindergarteners, 3rd graders, 5th graders, new clubbers, and those who need to replace their vest or shirt.

Cubbies -- 1st year (4 and 5 year olds)

Choose this option for all new Cubbies. You will receive a vest and book at Club. Note: A parent of the Cubbie needs to volunteer with Awana in order to register for this group.
