The Choose Joy foundation is a Delaware based 501c3 that assists families after house fires with basic needs. One of the ways we fundraise is by providing support staff at local events. Our skilled staff then donates a portion, and many times all of their pay, to the Choose Joy Foundation. Our skilled staff also work with new volunteers and assist in them getting any trainings or certifications needed to use the skills garnered with Choose Joy in their everyday life to further their careers, schooling, even complete community hour requirements . These skills help them obtain employment, complete community hours/internship requirements and give back to someone in the community in need. Whether its bartenders, set ups and break downs, cleanup, admission, parking or general staffing, we have you covered. Your fees will go to a Great Local Cause. event staffing information to consider We will work with you on a plan to that fits your budget when we can . We do expect a donation of a base pay per staff member at your event of no less then the minimum wage rate for each staff member unless we negotiate otherwise.

** Any event with a Cash Bar we need a minimum of one month (30 days ) notice to insure we can obtain the proper permits. And must be listed on all promotional material and websites for the event to prior to application for permits *****
Open Bars will be a donation of $25 per hour per Bar Staff . with a minimum of two Bartenders up to 150 guest . If your Guest list is over 150 we will add bar additional bar staff at a rate of one bartender per additional 50 guest . unless we negotiate otherwise. example 1-75 guest one bartender one bar back -150 guest= 2 bartenders 1 bar back 150-200 guest - 3 bartenders 2 bar backs this is a quote and one of the team will reach out to confirm all details and cost with you prior to your event.
