You must provide your own tent with weights, tables and chairs. Make sure to bring the weights please, we don't want any flying tents and wind gust will happen. tow/tie down lines are not permitted .
Two general admission passes will be issued for each paid spot . additional passes can be purchased at a discounted price of $20.00 if you wish to have more then two people at your spot.
Camping is included for tent or car with your spot . You can load in between 5pm Friday and 10 am Saturday. Take the evening to set up , open up for the VIPs , staff , volunteers , musicians, performers and Vets to get a chance to shop and meet you . Come chill by the bonfire with us and watch the last minute touches happen and enjoy local musicians fireside. Rv camping will be an additional $20 . It is Boon Dock / Dry Camping No electric or water hook ups onsite . We will have porta-potties onsite .
Regular Vendor - $100.00 Friday- Sunday 11am join us Friday for the Set up and Vip bonfire hangout. Booth space fees: 10x10
Prime Vendor Spot - $150.00 These are very limited spots in High traffic areas walking paths on the Corners and at intersecting paths Booth space fees: 10x10

Food Vendors/ Trucks Limit 5 Trucks of different foods we will not duplicate and want all to have a profitable weekend - $200.00 Friday-Sunday
**MUST obtain all permits and licensing required by the city and state . Choose Joy Foundation and or Chillin in the sticks and or Firebase Lloyd no will not be responsible for vendor permits, licensing .

Application Deadline is June 1st 2023 for early bird pricing any applications after will forfeit promotion for your business and require an additional $20. fee

• All vendor location requests will be considered on a first come - first served basis and honored whenever possible.
• You must provide your own tent w/weights, tables, and under tent lighting. Please remember this is an outdoor camping fest that will run till midnight. You can run the hours you choose but we encourage you to run till dark at the least to maximize your profits and presence.
• Please provide a detailed description of your booth items on the form attach any additional info via email and attach photos of sample items for promotion.
• Food Trucks: Due to logistics of food vendor set-up, you are asked to check in no later then 10am Saturday.
**Due to safety issues, food vendors who arrive after 10 am Saturday may forfeit pre-assigned booth location and be assigned an alternate location, or not be able to setup and forfeit their spot and fees**
• Booths must be completely set-up by 10:30 AM. The festival requests that all vendor booths remain open until dark.
• Vendors will have from 9PM Saturday -11 am sunday to pack-up all vendors must be off event grounds by 11 am Sunday.
• To prevent accident or injury, any vendor wishing to leave early, MUST notify an event official. With permission, and if possible without interfering with the event, booths that can be packed-up and “walked-out”, will be allowed to do so.
• The vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received, i.e. removal of all debris such as boxes and trash. Please bring Your own trash can/ bags . and Clean Your area and the surrounding area before leaving . trash can be deposited in the provided dumpsters.
• Each applicant will receive a confirmation letter upon receipt of their application. Passes a map of the event and your placement along with directions how to get there will be emailed prior to the event.
• Be prepared for wind, and/or heat . We are a rain or shine event.
• All vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendor fees are considered a donation to Choose Joy Foundation, yes it can be used as a tax write off. We are a Delaware based 501c3. If you don't know us check us out at www.choosejoyeveryday.org for more info

• Vendor Registration Forms must be returned by June 1, 2023. Any later and you will not be added to promotions and will be charged a late registration fee of $20.
FireBase Lloyd and Choose Joy Foundation reserves the right to refuse any vendor application. Should this occur, the fee will be refunded. The Vendor shall defend, save and hold harmless FireBase Lloyd, Choose Joy Foundation, their respective officers, agents, board members, staff, volunteers, sponsors and assigns from any claims, damages, losses, liability or expense which may arise, and shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage due to fire, accident, theft, weather, acts of God, vandalism or any other loss or injury whatsoever or not specifically described herein, whether past, present or future. Booths are not insured by FireBase Lloyd, Choose Joy Foundation, or any sponsoring agents. Exhibitors must make provisions for safeguarding their goods. Exhibitors must have replacement cost insurance for all personal property. Exhibitors assume full liability for protecting, care and maintenance of exhibitor’s property., and providing their own Proof of Insurance, any and all permits or certificates required by the state and/or city. ANY VENDOR NOT HOLDING VALID LIABILITY INSURANCE EXHIBITS AT THEIR OWN RISK AND ASSUMES ALL LIABILITY. All fees collected are considered a donation and no fees will be refunded .
