There is a difference between a good player and a GREAT athlete. For the past 15 years we have been turning those good players into great athletes by enhancing their speed, quickness, and explosiveness. No matter the sport, speed and explosiveness are key components to help you perform at an elite level. And now we are coming to London! This camp is open to all male and female players from ANY sport, looking to develop better overall speed, agility, and explosiveness to help improve their performance in their sport.
WHAT: SPEED AND QUICKNESS CAMP
WHEN: SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 10TH Group 1: 9am - 11:30am (Middle School Ages)
Group 2: 12p - 2:30p (High School Ages)
Group 3: 3p - 5:30p (College and Adult Players)
WHO: MALE AND FEMALE PLAYERS, FROM ANY SPORT, LOOKING TO TAKE THEIR PERFORMANCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL!

IN THIS CAMP EACH ATHLETE WILL RECEIVE:
Hands-On Training Watch and learn lacrosse specific techniques for speed, quickness, and explosiveness that will give you the edge and take your game to a higher level. We specialize in focusing on the little details, that others may miss, that are needed to produce a GREAT player.
Reps, Reps, Reps We want to keep our groups small so that you can get the right amount of reps, and attention needed to improve at our camp. The more reps you get the easier it will become to perform when it's game time.
Reduced Risk of Injury Our movement patterns and training techniques are all focused on "reducing" the risk of injury. Our belief is that in order to be explosive on game day, you MUST TRAIN certain movements and muscles on a regular basis.
TESTING For those interested we are also offering our Position Specific Testing that will allow you to see how you rank against other players your age in speed, agility, power, and endurance.
