Brace yourselves for an unforgettable night filled with laughter, camaraderie, and of course, the magical herb we all adore. As the clock strikes midnight, prepare to spark up in unison while our very own cannabis-themed ball gracefully drops from above. With anticipation , we will collectively embrace this momentous occasion as true enthusiasts of the green leaf. Our favorite local musicians from all genres - Country, Hip-Hop, Rock, EDM, R&B and Reggae - create a fusion of pulsating beats. mingled with contagious giggles and the distinct aroma that can only mean one thing: a celebration dedicated to our beloved plant, Celebrating Our great state Legalizing finally.
Laughter will fill the space as friends, old and new, come together to celebrate the plant that has brought us all so much joy. As you peruse local vendor stalls, the pulsing beats will encourage us to keep on moving and grooving. It will be a night of connection, where like-minded individuals unite in their love for the green leaf and the culture that surrounds it. We are in a clearing on a 25 acre wooded lot . Vendor spots are set amongst the trees and along the main pathway for the festival.
We are a 0 Footprint festival! Carry out what you bring in, including all trash.
You must provide your own tent with weights, tables and chairs. Make sure to bring the weights and or ties please, we don't want any flying tents and wind gust will happen. Tow/tie down lines are permitted. Be aware, our event is taking place in a clearing in the woods so mud, bugs, and pollen will be attending the festival with us. Please wear appropriate shoes and bring any supplies you need.
Two general admission passes will be issued for each paid spot. Additional passes can be purchased at a discounted price of $10.00 if you wish to have more then two people at your spot. All event attendees must be over 21 years old and have ID ready when arriving. Anyone under 21 or not carrying Identification will be asked to leave the event grounds.

Food/ Beverage Vendors, All Consumable Vendors - $150 Limit Four Food Vendors! We will not duplicate food types to ensure all food vendors have a profitable experience. ANY PRODUCT THE GUEST WILL CONSUME SUCH AS CBD PRODUCTS, please register as a consumable vendor. **(No Food trucks Needed we are full on food )
~~Electricity is NOT available please bring your own generator if needed! We encourage solar lights and battery power if possible. This event goes until midnight; it will get very dark!~~
**YOU MUST obtain all permits and licensing required by the city and state of Delaware . Choose Joy Foundation and/or Amaysing Experiences, or any party affiliated with the event and/or venue will not be responsible for vendor permits, licensing, or insurance**

Application Deadline is April 1st 2024. Any applications submitted after April 1st, 2024 will forfeit promotion for your business and require an additional $20 fee
• Electric is NOT available
• All vendor location requests will be considered on a first come - first served basis and honored whenever possible.
• You must provide your own tent w/weights, tables, and lighting. Please remember- this is an outdoor festival that will run until midnight. You can run the hours you choose, but we encourage you to run until dark at the least. If you have to leave before midnight you may be asked to walk your things out for the safety of all guests and patrons.
• Please provide a detailed description of your booth items on the next page. You attach any additional info via email and send photos of sample items for promotion to VendWithChooseJoy@Gmail.com
• Food Trucks: are asked to check in no later then 1:00pm Friday.
**Due to safety issues, food vendors who arrive after 1pm Friday may forfeit pre-assigned booth location and be assigned an alternate location, or not be able to setup and forfeit their spot and fees**
• Booths must be completely set-up by 3:00pm. The festival requests that all vendor booths remain open until dark.
• Vendors will have until 11 am Saturday to pack-up. Event Grounds MUST be cleared by 11am. No sales permitted on Saturday.
• To prevent accident or injury, any vendor wishing to leave early MUST notify an event official. With permission, and if possible, without interfering with the event, booths that can be packed-up and “walked-out”, will be allowed to do so.
• The vendor is responsible for leaving the vendor area in the condition that it was originally received. Please bring your own trash bags and maintain your area. We are 0 footprint so if you bring it in take it . this includes any and all trash from your spot . Vendors who are found to litter may be subject to additional fines.
• Each applicant will receive a confirmation letter upon receipt of their application. Event Passes, a map of the event, your placement and directions to the event will be emailed prior to the event.
• Be prepared for wind, rain, and unfavorable temperatures. We are a rain or shine event.
• All vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendor fees are considered a donation to Choose Joy Foundation. For tax deduction information or proof of donation, please email VendWithChooseJoy@gmail.com.
