Cross-cultural Understanding: Right, Wrong or Different?
As we welcome new neighbors from around the globe, understanding how to communicate cross-culturally becomes essential. This includes but is not limited to appropriate salutations, non-verbal cues and body language, language barriers, cultural norms, attitudes, beliefs and much more. By fostering our understanding and ongoing learning, we cultivate a posture of openness and respect, which can lead to more effective and meaningful interactions across cultures. In this interactive workshop, you will also have opportunity to hear and learn from each other as you have navigated relationship across cultures. Come open and ready to learn!
If joining virtually, you will receive the zoom link the day of the event.
