📍 Hudson Field, Milton, DE | April 19-20, 2025
Please read carefully before applying!
🌳 Festival Location & Setup Our event takes place on a spacious field at Hudson Field with vendor spots along the main festival pathways for prime visibility. Be prepared for outdoor conditions—wind, pollen, and possibly mud will be in attendance! Please wear appropriate shoes and bring any supplies you need.
🌎 Zero Footprint Policy Pack it in, pack it out! All vendors must remove their own trash.
🏕️ What You Need to Bring ✅ Your own tent (10x10 max) with weights, tables, and chairs. ✅ Battery-powered or solar lighting (event runs past midnight). Electricity is NOT available! ✅ Any necessary permits or licenses required by the state of Delaware. Vendors are responsible for compliance.
🎟️ Vendor Passes & Age Requirement 🔹 Each paid vendor spot includes two (2) General Admission weekend passes. 🔹 Additional vendor staff passes are available at a discounted rate of $20 each. 🔹 ALL attendees, including vendors, must be 21+ with a valid ID.No exceptions!
🚨 IMPORTANT: 21+ Products All merchandise that is only legal for 21+ (including CBD, hemp, and cannabis accessories) CANNOT be sold until 4 PM on April 19th.
⚡ Event Rules & Guidelines 🔹 Set-Up Times:
Early Setup: Vendors may arrive after 4 PM on April 18th for early setup.
Final Setup: Vendors must be fully set up by 9 AM on April 19th if they are selling at both events. 🔹 Tear-Down: All vendors must be packed up and offsite by 11:00 pm on April 20th. 🔹 Food Trucks: Must check in by 9:00 AM 19th. Late arrivals may forfeit their pre-assigned location or lose their spot entirely. 🔹 Leaving Early: If you need to leave before the event ends, you must notify an event official. If permitted, you may have to walk out your setup to avoid interfering with the event. 🔹 Weather:Rain or shine! Prepare for wind, rain, or fluctuating temperatures.
