Advance Conference | Texas

September 28-29, 2026

You are invited to join us for the Advance Conference | Texas on September 28 & 29. We will hear from Jeremiah Morris, Brian Howard, and Rodney Hobbs as they rally church planters, pastors, and ministry leaders around the beautiful calling of serving Jesus and planting churches. We hope this event will encourage pastors, inspire future planters, and spur collaboration in planting churches throughout Texas and beyond. Please bring your staff, leadership team and elders, and any aspiring ministry leaders or church planters with you!

Speakers:
Jeremiah Morris is the founding and Lead Pastor at Seven Mile Road Houston. He is a husband, dad, disciple-maker and church planter.  He is passionate about his wife, Ashley, and their 5 boys.  He also loves preaching the gospel, the city of Houston, and anything wrapped in a tortilla. He helps to provide strategic leadership to the Houston Church Planting Network as a board member and is a member of the Acts 29 Council.  Jeremiah graduated from Texas Christian University (B.A. Philosophy) and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (MDiv).

Brian Howard is in his fifth year as the President of Acts 29. Brian has coached thousands of leaders as the founder of Context Coaching and has worked as an organizational consultant across a wide range of industries. Brian holds a Master's degree from Talbot School of Theology where he is an adjunct professor. Brian has been married for 30 years, has four adult children, and lives in Southern California.

Rodney Hobbs planted Stonegate Church in 2009, a thriving church on the south side of Dallas. He's been deeply vested in church planting, sending multiple church planters across the DFW area and beyond. He has over 20 years of ministry experience and loves to leverage that experience to serve pastors and planters. He's married to Laura, his bride of over 20 years, and they have three children.
