Yoga is a form of exericise that uses slow movements and stretching. It is good for increasing flexibility and balance. It is also good for relieving stress and relaxing. Yoga has been used as a meditation technique for thousands of years. As you exercise, you meditate on what your body is feeling and try to be "one with the universe." Yoga classes are offered four times a week in the Athletic Center Yoga Room. Come to any or all of the classes on Mondays from 8:00-9:00 PM and Wednesday from 9:00-10:00 PM, Wednesday mornings from 7:00-8:00 AM and Friday afternoons from 2:00-3:00 PM
